This research paper proposes a novel approachtowards boosting consumer confidence in high valued cost items in electronic commercebusiness platform through online verification and inspection. Also, the paper shows how thesuitability of high valued cost items in e-commerce business platform is enhanced through theapplication of image processing technologies embedded into electronic commerce systems. The higher the percentage ofsimilarity in the comparison shows the authenticity of the online item and vice-versa. Thiscomparison is also performed by merchant system on all proposed items from prospective sellersas well.
