Abstract: Exoplanets are all planets that exist outside our solar system, typically orbiting other stars [1]. NASA's Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) observes exoplanets by monitoring objects' changes in brightness, marking possible exoplanet candidates as Objects of Interest which require follow-up ground-based observation [2]. The goal of this research paper is to analyze data collected by a follow-up ground-based observation of TESS Object of Interest (TOI) 3671.01. This observation was conducted at George Mason University's observatory and AstroImageJ, an astronomy-focused image processing software, was used for the light curve analysis. Our results indicated a transit detection with most of the expected attributes, showing that TOI 3671.01 is likely an actual exoplanet.
