Blue Shift and Light Resonance in USP Field Theory
Year: 2025
Type: report
Abstract: A spectral shift is measurable. Establishing its physical cause requires a complete account of the source, observer, and measurement. This paper connects redshift and blueshift across precision optical clocks, moving frequency-transfer links, stellar spectroscopy, and cosmological observations. It examines how motion, gravity, expansion, source structure, and instrument calibration contribute to the recorded frequency ratio—and what must be controlled before an unexplained shift can support additional physics. Version 2.2 sharpens the distinction between signal size and test precision, completed measurements and proposed methods, and calibration effects and physical residuals. The result is a practical reference for interpreting frequency shifts across laboratory and astronomical scales. Standard relativity and cosmological expansion remain the quantitative baseline. USP is retained as a calibrated interpretation and testable residual framework; no nonzero USP effect is established. *SHORT ZENODO SUMMARY A calibrated framework connecting redshift and blueshift across optical clocks, spectroscopy, and cosmology. The paper separates established physical contributions from source and instrument effects and defines the conditions required to test an additional USP residual.
