Abstract: When crisis strikes, the word resilience is often invoked — but what does it truly mean in the daily reality of healthcare? In their article, [Veronica Moscon](https://www.eurac.edu/en/authors/veronica-moscon) and [Fabio Carnelli](https://www.eurac.edu/de/people/fabio-carnelli) delve into the lived experiences of healthcare professionals during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
