Clinical Features of COVID-19 among Young Adults: A Case Report Analysis
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: COVID-19 has affected millions worldwide, with young adults (18–30 years) often exhibiting diverse clinical presentations. This paper analyzes the clinical features, outcomes, and complications among young adults using 5 detailed case reports from India. Symptoms, laboratory findings, treatment approaches, and outcomes are described, along with a comparative summary and symptom frequency analysis. Findings reveal that while most young adults experience mild to moderate disease, certain comorbidities and delayed care may lead to severe outcomes. The study also discusses long-COVID manifestations and public health implications for this demographic.
