Abstract: “Last Chance for European and Russian Sovereignty” is a policy-oriented essay proposing a euro-Asian strategic alliance independent of U.S. and Chinese influence. Based on the status of the Ukraine war as of 16 October 2025, trade and energy dependency data, and existing EU programs (REPowerEU, PESCO), the article diagnoses Europe’s current geopolitical fragmentation and argues for a unified 750 million-strong bloc built on three pillars: national integrity, integrated strategic supply chains, and a pragmatic community of interests. It includes a five-year simulation forecasting a 5 % GDP boost, 20 % lower energy prices, and a €250 billion joint defense budget; a Baltic Pipe case study; risk scenarios (sanctions, social resistance, infrastructure sabotage); and a detailed timeline of diplomatic, legislative, and infrastructure milestones. The text concludes with a call for political courage and social responsibility to transform this vision into reality.
