The Theory of Reductive Parallelism in Law

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The Theory of Imposed Parallelism in Law* explores the structural resemblance between Natural Law and Ideological Law when both drift toward absolutism. Although their origins differ – the former from moral self‑reflection, the latter from collective doctrine – they share the same structural drive: to internalize truth and project it as binding law. This paper argues that both systems, when divorced from the dynamic of critique, reproduce the same coercive mechanism. Through this lens, the work proposes an interpretive model capable of reconstructing legal legitimacy in modern contexts, where justice is conceived not as a static rule but as a self‑correcting equilibrium between moral intuition and institutional power.
