Abstract: 1. IntroductionModern cosmology, rooted in the Big Bang and ΛCDM models, faces significant unresolvedchallenges that question its foundational assumptions. The Big Bang theory, supported by cosmicmicrowave background (CMB) radiation measurements (Planck Collaboration, 2020), estimates theuniverse's age at approximately 13.8 billion years, with an initial singularity characterized by infinitedensity and temperature. However, this model struggles to account for the origin of this singularity, the uniformity of the CMB across vast distances (horizon problem), and the accelerated expansiondriven by dark energy (~68% of the universe's energy content). The ΛCDM framework introducesdark matter (~27%) and dark energy as empirical adjustments, yet these components violate energyconservation when integrated over cosmic timescales (Riess et al., 1998). Moreover, the failure tounify quantum mechanics—governing the subatomic realm—with general relativity—describinggravitation—remains a critical gap. These inconsistencies suggest that the current paradigm may beincomplete or misaligned with the universe's true nature. This paper proposes a Fractal Dynamic Theory of Everything (TOE), an alternative frameworkthat eliminates the need for a singular beginning and redefines the universe as an eternalholographic projection. At the core of this theory lies the graviton, modeled as a closedelectromagnetic string with a radius equal to the Planck length (l_P ≈ 1.616 × 10⁻³⁵ m). The gravitonoscillates at a base frequency f_0 ≈ c / l_P ≈ 1.85 × 10⁴³ Hz and rotates at the speed of light (c ≈ 3 ×10⁸ m/s), generating a dual dynamic that unifies time, space, and consciousness. This oscillationproduces an initial energy density ρ_P ≈ 4.66 × 10¹¹³ J/m³ and a maximum temperature T_max ≈1.41 × 10³² K, while the rotation induces equilibrium, projecting 11 effective dimensions across afractal scaling factor of 10⁵. These dimensions span from sub-Planckian scales (e.g., 10⁻²⁰ m forsubparticles) to cosmic scales (e.g., 10²⁵ m for the universe), aligning with M-theory’s 11-dimensionalstructure.The TOE departs from traditional cosmology by proposing an eternal universe without a temporalorigin, where expansion is a perceptual fractal projection (r_n = n · l_P, modulated by the Fibonaccisequence F_n). This model resolves the horizon problem by suggesting that the CMB’s uniformityarises from the graviton’s coherent projection, not an inflationary epoch. Furthermore, it reinterpretsdark energy and dark matter as manifestations of the graviton’s excess energy and entanglementpulsation (α(t)), eliminating the need for ad hoc parameters. Inspired by quantum theories ofconsciousness, such as the Orch-OR model (Penrose & Hameroff, 2014), the theory introduces apanpsychic universe where consciousness is intrinsic, emerging from the graviton’s vibrationaldynamics and entrelaced via the malla space-time grid. This work expands on the initial preprint (Venzalá Casals, Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17374216,2025), incorporating detailed simulations, theoretical validations, and philosophical implications. Thegraviton’s role as the temporal dimension, coupled with its 10 spatial projections, offers a unifiedframework that bridges physics and metaphysics. The following sections present mathematicalderivations, computational models, and comparisons with observational data to substantiate thisparadigm, inviting further exploration into the nature of reality as a vibrational hologram.
