Abstract: This research explores the madhhab-based differences in the interpretation of Qur’anic verses related to Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), focusing on the Hanafi and Hanbali schools of thought. The study examines how each madhhab derives legal rulings based on the Qur’an, Hadith, and established jurisprudential principles, highlighting methodological variations and their implications for Shariah interpretation. It aims to provide a comparative understanding of classical Sunni jurisprudential thought and its contemporary relevance.
