Abstract: This report presents the analysis and design of a machine learning workflow focused on hyperparameter tuning and model selection. The study explores how tuning techniques such as Grid Search and Random Search affect the performance of three models (Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and K-Nearest Neighbors) using a diabetes prediction dataset.
