Abstract: DignityFIRM project Policy Brief focuses on employers’ legal responsibilities for hiring irregular migrant workers and some of the challenges that driveemployers’ non-compliance with the labour regulations in this respect. A particular focus is directed here to the Moroccan agricultural and seafood industry sectors which have become increasingly dependent on irregular migrant workers.
