Measurement And Evaluation Of Organizational Resilience In Safety Management For Super-Tall Building Projects——Model Development Based On An Improved Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method Utilizing The Cloud Model And Empirical Analysis

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This paper integrates resilience theory into the safety management of super-tall building projects, proposing an organizational resilience evaluation model enhanced by an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the cloud model. Empirical analysis is conducted on the ZHCT project in Suzhou and the JL office building project in Shenyang. The study reveals that: (1) Key indicators influencing organizational resilience in the safety management of super-tall building projects include robustness, efficiency, adaptability, and redundancy. (2) In the avoidance phase, the absorption phase after a safety incident, the response phase during the incident, and the recovery and optimization phase afterward, organizational resilience is influenced by various factors, including robustness, efficiency, adaptability and redundancy. (3) The organizational resilience of the JL office building project in Shenyang is higher than that of the ZHCT project in Suzhou. The ZHCT project exhibits stronger resilience during the avoidance phase, while its resilience in the absorption, response, recovery, and optimization phases is relatively low. In contrast, the JL project in Shenyang demonstrates higher resilience in the avoidance, absorption, recovery, and optimization phases, with resilience in the response phase being moderate. Based on these results, the paper provides relevant recommendations for the construction of super-tall buildings.
