Abstract: The PN Formula Table Master V1.4 consolidates all mathematical relations defining the Phantom-Net framework, from the core substrate dynamics (ρ ∂²Ψ/∂t² = K ∇²Ψ) to derived field parameters including effective wave speed (c_eff = √(K/ρ)), refractive index (n² = ρ/K), impedance (Z² = ρK), and coherence entropy. The document provides a unified symbolic and contextual mapping between classical physics, general relativity, and the PN substrate model. Each entry includes formula text, variable definitions, physical interpretation, and PN-specific comparison. This version (V1.4) introduces structural consistency with the Core Documentation Release 2025 and defines the canonical variable index for all future PN extensions.
