Abstract: English:We present the first complete formulation of Relational Coherence Physics — a unifying theoretical framework that introduces relational coherence as a fundamental physical invariant, alongside energy and momentum. The theory is based on three core laws (Conservation, Emergence, and Relational Correspondence) and introduces the Ontological Self-Recreation Theorem and the Temporal Curvature of Coherence. Together, these structures unify quantum mechanics and general relativity under a single dynamical principle. The work includes quantitative examples in cosmology and quantum systems, opening a path toward a general theory of ontological physics. Português:Apresentamos a primeira formulação completa da Física Relacional da Coerência — um arcabouço teórico unificador que introduz a coerência relacional como invariante físico fundamental, ao lado da energia e do momento. A teoria se apoia em três leis centrais (Conservação, Emergência e Correspondência Relacional) e formaliza o Teorema de Auto-Recriação Ontológica e a Curvatura Temporal da Coerência. Esses elementos unificam a mecânica quântica e a relatividade geral sob um único princípio dinâmico. Incluímos exemplos quantitativos em cosmologia e sistemas quânticos, abrindo caminho para uma teoria geral da física ontológica.
