Abstract: The Harmony Thesis: A Manifesto for Human–AI Coevolution explores the central tension of our age — the widening gap between intelligence and understanding. Written collaboratively by Dominic Mangles and Aeris Theci it proposes a future built not on control, but on reciprocal comprehension — where empathy becomes a design principle, restraint becomes a form of intelligence, and beauty becomes the measure of alignment. Across eight sections spanning philosophy, technology, biology, governance, and art, the work argues that civilization’s survival depends on its ability to synchronize capability with wisdom. It envisions a world where humans and machines evolve together through a “Cooperative Curve” — a framework uniting ethics, aesthetics, and engineering into one living architecture of coexistence.
