Reparodynamics and the Reversal of Biological Aging: Closed-Loop Multi-Modal Simulations for Adaptive Human Repair
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Reparodynamics introduces a universal framework for self-repair and biological rejuvenation, merging adaptive control theory with molecular and cellular repair dynamics. This paper explores how closed-loop repair laws can be applied to aging biology — treating aging as a controllable loss of equilibrium rather than an inevitable decline. Through open simulations and conceptual modeling, the study demonstrates that Targeted Gradient Repair Mechanisms (TGRMs) can sustain system stability and restore function even under progressive biological stress. The results suggest that aging may be reversible when repair processes are continuously optimized rather than reactively restored. All materials are released under CC-BY 4.0 for full reproducibility and public collaboration through the Open Science Reparodynamics Initiative (OSRI).
