Recursive Reparodynamics XI: Full-System Stability via Recursive TGRM Integration

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This paper presents the eleventh installment of the Recursive Reparodynamics research series, validating the capacity of recursive Targeted Gradient Repair Mechanisms (TGRM) to sustain full-system biological stability over extended generational scales. Building on the ten prior Reparodynamics simulations—covering DNA damage repair, inflammatory feedback reversal, stem-cell rejuvenation, protein misfolding correction, neural self-repair, oxidative-stress resistance, genomic-instability reversal, epigenetic drift correction, telomere shortening control, and energy-layer rejuvenation—this study unifies all layers into a single recursive feedback loop. The integrated model operated with a baseline entropy of 0.90 across 1,000 generations. Control: Decayed to ≈ 0 by generation 50. Recursive TGRM: Stabilized at ≈ 15 entropy units; latency ≈ 0 by generation 200; cumulative rebound ≈ 18. Results demonstrate that recursive TGRM coordination across multiple biological subsystems achieves long-term homeostatic equilibrium, marking the first successful demonstration of system-wide Reparodynamic stabilization. This milestone provides the foundation for forthcoming cross-species and human-system simulations to be explored in Reparodynamics XII.
