Induction and Discharge as Tangential Surface Oscillations

Abstract: This paper redefines electromagnetic induction and discharge as geometric interactions of closed electron surfaces.A changing magnetic field excites tangential surface oscillations, and circuit disconnection releases these as visible radiation.It provides a unified surface-geometric interpretation of induction, current, and photon emission.
