Abstract: A translation of lyric 25 of José Garcia Villa's Have Come, Am Here (1942). José Garcia Villa was designated National Artist for Literature by the Philippine government in 1973. The poem depicts a sublime encounter, which I have interpreted here as an epiphany of love. It uses asterisks as semantic lacunae.
