Abstract: The Quantum Synchronization Theory (QST) presents a unified temporal framework that bridges Quantum Mechanics, Relativity, and Thermodynamics through the concept of discrete time and zero-time points. This theory redefines physical reality as a dynamic process of synchronization and desynchronization across discrete temporal layers. Quantum entanglement is reinterpreted as a form of temporal self-reflection, while wave-function collapse represents a forced resynchronization with the observer’s timeline. Cosmologically, QST explains the Big Bang as a symmetry breaking of the Dual Zero State—the equilibrium between Zero-Time and Absolute Zero energy. It provides a consistent model for dark matter (as temporally desynchronized ordinary matter), dark energy (as temporal divergence between regions of space-time), and black holes (as temporal chokepoints that store information outside synchronized reality). This framework offers a coherent foundation for understanding quantum gravity and the arrow of time as consequences of temporal discreteness, potentially guiding the next generation of unified physical theories
