Features of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the processes of value-semantic information encapsulation

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the role of artificial intelligence in the processes of value-semantic encapsulation of information in the modern socio-political space. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the formation and functioning of information capsules as a tool for constructing value-semantic representations in the context of digitalization of political communications. The work uses a comparative method (to analyze the concepts of information capsules, echo chambers and filter bubbles) and a hermeneutic method (to interpret key texts on the problem). The results of the study showed that information capsules have the properties of integrity, adaptability and autonomy, which makes them an effective tool for structuring semantic flows. It is shown that artificial intelligence based on the use of big data and neural network algorithms is capable of both increasing the efficiency of information transmission and contributing to the formation of closed value-semantic environments that affect the nature of citizens' perception of socio-political reality. Key risks have been identified, including mind manipulation and increased algocracy. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the systematization of conceptual approaches to the study of information encapsulation and clarification of the concept. The practical value lies in substantiating the need to develop ethical standards for regulating programs in the field of artificial intelligence and digital media literacy in order to preserve cognitive sovereignty.
