Type: article
Abstract: Second-Line Therapy For anti-angiogenic tyrosine kinase inhibitors as second-line treatment in gastric cancer, available biomarker is still unavailable. In their Research Article (DOI: 10.1002/advs.202506678), Feng Qi, Jun Zhang, and co-workers perform an exploratory investigation by using dynamic network biomarker method and find it can be used to guide patient selection of lenvatinib plus paclitaxel in second-line treatment of gastric cancer. The picture shows that the dynamic network biomarker score can provide efficacy-related information to doctors and help them select suitable therapy for their patients, which likes a signboard at the middle of a T-junction.
