Master's thesis: Characteristics and Operating Analysis of Halide Perovskites-based Memristor with Light Stimulation
Year: 2025
Type: dissertation
Abstract: Master’s thesis (UPC, ITQ–UPV, 2025) reporting a research contribution directly executing WP1–WP2 of the ERC PeroSpiker (GA 101097688). The work benchmarks halide-perovskite memristors with architecture FTO│PEDOT:PSS│MAPbBr₃│Au, showing ON/OFF >20 and >150 endurance cycles, and correlates I–V hysteresis with impedance spectroscopy to extract bias-dependent relaxation times and track the capacitive→inductive transition. It validates the CALM framework against pulse-train potentiation under dark and 530 nm illumination, and provides reproducible analysis workflows (IV–IS co-analysis, time–frequency mapping).
