Post-Luminal Habitat Hypothesis: Habitability Beyond Stellar Light
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The Post-Luminal Habitat Hypothesis (PLHH) explores the potential for long-term habitability in environments where stellar illumination is absent. This framework examines energy sources such as accretion disks, tidal forces, and Hawking radiation that could sustain biospheres orbiting black holes or rogue substellar bodies. The study introduces a classification system for post-luminal habitats and proposes observational indicators that may guide future exoplanetary and astrobiological research. — Watchara Phumdokmai (Independent Researcher, 2025)
