Abstract: This paper analyzes the topological structure of the pre–space underlying the Universal Lagrangian. The fundamental equation formally operates on a 5–dimensionalinformational manifold M5 = {xμ, }, but evidence of internal phase coupling suggeststhat the original domain may be self–referential in nine dimensions, M9 = {xμ, i, i}.This extension does not modify the measurable constants but clarifies the morphogeneticgeometry of space itself: it explains why the three spatial dimensions emergecoherently from a 9–dimensional informational lattice.
