Abstract: This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the spread of fascioliasis in the countries of Central Asia, with an emphasis on epidemiological features, risk factors and modern methods of diagnosis and prevention. The study includes a comparative analysis of morbidity in various regions, an assessment of the climatic and socio-economic factors influencing the spread of this helminthiasis, as well as a review of traditional and innovative approaches to controlling the invasion. On the basis of statistical data and field studies in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan, key problems have been identified and practical recommendations have been proposed for reducing morbidity among the population and farm animals.
