what it would take for Zambia (and Africa) to develop

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This article presents a bold argument for aggressive, strategic borrowing as a pathway to genuine development in underdeveloped nations — with a special focus on Zambia. It emphasizes that real transformation must begin with massive investments in education and health, the twin foundations of human capital and industrial growth. The ideas herein challenge conventional short-term economic relief models and call for a rethinking of global and national development priorities.
