Abstract: Dual-Time Cosmology introduces a unified temporal framework combining the LED Universe Model and Rupture–Containment Cosmology (RCC).The theory defines time as both discrete (quantized creation flashes) and continuous (tempo–relaxation flow), forming a dual ontology of being and becoming.This model bridges quantum discreteness and cosmic elasticity within a single harmonic rhythm, offering a new understanding of time dilation, light propagation, and universal coherence.
