Abstract: SIRIUS is a state-of-the-art synchrotron light source facility, featuring a 3 GeV electron storage ring with a 518 m circumference and 250 pm·rad emittance. Built and operated by the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory (LNLS) in Campinas, Brazil, SIRIUS has undergone significant upgrades over the past year. These include the installation of a cryogenic plant, superconducting RF cavities, in-vacuum undulators, and new orbit feedforward systems, among others. This report summarizes these developments, highlights improvements in beam stability, and provides an overview of the facility’s operational status over the past year.
