This reviews several case studies and highlights the need for a gender-oriented approach to financial inclusion as a catalyst for sustainable economic growth and gender equality in Nigeria. The study examined whether initiatives such as the ASO Agreement and other empowerment programmes are aimed at economic upliftment of women and improving non-oil exports. The analysis highlights the importance of integrating women into the financial ecosystem and the potential economic benefits of such inclusion
