Abstract: Comprehensive empirical validation of RRC-AI System Writing through LoE2 case study (100:1 compression, 95%+ fidelity, police acceptance) and replication study with 20 practitioners across 5 domains. Demonstrates that 5-year complex life events (2,600+ incidents) can be compressed into 26 pages while achieving professional quality. Replication study shows: average 19:1 compression (range 8:1-40:1), 92% average semantic fidelity, 100% professional acceptance across legal, scientific, business, technical, and educational domains. Identifies success factors: experienced practitioners outperform novice (22:1 vs. 14:1), domain knowledge significant, structured source material essential. Documents failure modes and boundary conditions establishing when RRC-AI-SW achieves 20:1-100:1 vs. when limited to 3:1-8:1.
