Abstract: This research investigates the acute toxicity of Entada spiralis root extract using zebrafish embryo assay. Observations were made on hatching success, coagulation rate, and tail morphology. Toxicity onset occurred beyond 50 µg/mL, suggesting potential embryotoxic compounds. The study provides insight into safe dosage ranges for traditional medicine formulations. Examines acute toxicity endpoints in zebrafish embryos exposed to E. spiralis extract, offering data for dosage safety and toxicity benchmarking in herbal product development.
