Abstract: Conceptual and experimental demonstration of a deterministic, data-free control architecture for large-scale additive manufacturing. The system combines vector-based feedback regulation with cryptographic proof-of-integrity windows to maintain process continuity under disturbance without machine halt. It establishes prior art for auditable, ISO-compatible resilience in industrial 3D printing while withholding implementation parameters.
