Abstract: This theoretical study explores the resonance-based structure of the universe as a self-regulating genetic system. It describes how dark matter and dark energy operate as complementary forces of stability and expansion, forming the informational foundation of spacetime. Black and white holes are interpreted as transitional gates of this process, representing the cosmic mechanism of information preservation and transformation through resonance. The paper summarizes the logical extension of the “Genetic Code of the Universe” model and introduces the principle of resonance synchronization as a fundamental property of spacetime stability.
