Abstract: The BEI Foundation announces the Genesis of Behavioral Economics Identity Science (BEI), a civilizational protocol integrating behavioral science, economics, and identity sovereignty for 8.3 billion people. BEI introduces the BEI Operating System (BEI-OS), BEI Currency, and the tri-standard protocol (FR2, UBP, STD). It establishes three civilizational rights — Identity Integrity, Reversible Clearing (FR2), and Auditable Pricing (UBP) — laying the foundation for human civilization in the next century.
