Abstract: The Blue Green Factor (BGF) is a policy tool designed to maintain and ensure desired levels of green and blue spaces in new development projects. This transfer solution was introduced by Southwest Finland and developed by Turku. The main objective is to tailor the BGF tool to meet the specific needs of the EMT region by DUTH, with support from ENORA and RDF-EMT.
