Abstract: Este protocolo describe una intervención terapéutica grupal de seis sesiones diseñada para reducir los niveles de estrés y ansiedad en cuidadores de niños con cáncer. Utilizando la técnica del tejido crochet como herramienta de bienestar y distracción, el objetivo es fomentar nuevas habilidades manuales, promover la autoexpresión emocional y establecer un espacio de apoyo social. La evaluación se realizará mediante encuestas de satisfacción, entrevistas y diarios de reflexión. La intervención busca mejorar la calidad de vida y el bienestar emocional de los cuidadores. This protocol describes a six-session group therapeutic intervention designed to reduce stress and anxiety levels in caregivers of children with cancer. Using the crochet knitting technique as a tool for well-being and distraction, the goal is to foster new manual skills, promote emotional self-expression, and establish a social support space. Evaluation will be conducted through satisfaction surveys, interviews, and reflection journals. The intervention aims to improve the quality of life and emotional well-being of the caregivers.
