Abstract: This deliverable maps the conceptual definitions and legal frameworks for Social Economy in all 27 EU Member States; reviews existing frameworks for evaluating the impact of Social Economy services at global, European, and national levels; and develops a clustering of SE ecosystems across the EU alongside a harmonised set of impact indicators to measure Social Economy.
