Abstract: We summarise the key results emerging from the ACORN formulation of fivedimensional (5D) curvature dynamics. Building on previous papers, we show that a single 2×2 mass–curvature structure reproduces Planck’s constant h, the invariant speed of light c, special relativity, general-relativistic gravitation, the StandardModel symmetry structure, and the universal passage of time. These results together constitute a coherent and testable geometric unification from which all known physics emerges naturally
