The project involves equipment upgrades, achieving AS9100 and ISO 9001 certifications, and rigorous R&D. A projected ROI of 316.67% over five years highlights financial viability. This initiative will try to establish the company as a premium supplier for aerospace and automation markets by leveraging precision manufacturing expertise at Surya Industry, addressing risks such as supply chain constraints, and ensuring quality compliance.
