Adaptive Multiplex Leadership: Why the Future Belongs to Leaders Who Can Think Across Domains
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The 20th-century model of specialized leadership is obsolete and dangerous. This paper introduces Adaptive Multiplex Leadership, a new framework for board-level executives and directors. It provides the cognitive toolkit to navigate interconnected, AI-driven environments by integrating six critical domains: technology, people, culture, economics, governance, and behavioural foresight. Essential reading for governance bodies facing volatile, multi-domain threats.
