Abstract: Title: Dark Matter Replacement: A Unified EFD Framework for Galaxy Rotation Curves Description: This work presents a new theoretical framework based on the EFD Master Rotation Curve Equation that explains galaxy rotation curves without invoking dark matter. The model uses a weighted combination of baryonic Newtonian acceleration and an asymptotic term derived from a universal acceleration scale. The framework successfully reproduces flat rotation curves, predicts behavior across dwarf, spiral, and LSB galaxies, and proposes several observational predictions that can be tested with future astronomical data. This version is a public non-peer-review edition containing the core theory and final equation, without derivations. The work also introduces the concept of Conscious Equilibrium Principle, connecting mass distribution, acceleration, and universal behavior under a unified theoretical system.
