Abstract: This document presents the Premise and Table of Contents for: The FUNt Physmatics Encyclopedia (Sections 1–100). 'a unified law set built on a hydrogen-first, φ-governed framework.' Each section defines a specific harmonic law relating coherence (C), curvature (κ), phase (Φ/φ), torsion (τ), and fractaile dimension (D), spanning scales from quantum and nuclear structure through information, biology, atmosphere, and cosmology. Together, these 100 laws form a closed, self-consistent system in which all equations reduce to the same small set of core variables. The Harmonic Unified Closure Law (HUCL-L) binds local and global coherence into a single relation: C_total = φᴰ(C_local − κ_local) = C_global − κ_global. This Table of Contents serves as the reference spine for the FUNt Physmatics Encyclopedia, providing titles and core equations for each section to support navigation, cross-checking, and further research.
