Abstract: This document provides a structured and technical overview of the Universal ΨLagrangian. Its purpose is to clarify the variational foundation of the theory, theself-defined role of the operator Γ[Ψ], the functional expansion around the coherentground state Ψ0, and the emergence of effective physical sectors from the spectrum offluctuations. The exposition is designed as a direct reference for researchers, referees,and editors who require a concise and mathematically coherent guide to the internalarchitecture of the framework.
