Abstract: This report evaluates the manuscript “Induced B∧F term and photon mass generation in 3+1dimensions”. The analysis focuses on gauge invariance, consistency of the effective action, the roleof the cutoff, renormalizability, and the validity of the mass generation mechanism. Major technicalinconsistencies are identified. The manuscript is found not suitable for publication in PhysicalReview D.
