Root Causes of Cancer: Toxins, Proteins, and Cellular Signaling Failure – A Natural Science Re-Analysis

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This research article proposes a new Natural Science model of cancer based on three interconnected root causes: toxin accumulation, protein and amino acid overload, and cellular signaling failure. Instead of viewing cancer solely as a genetic disease, the paper explains how long-term toxic exposure, disturbed protein metabolism (especially excess branched-chain amino acids), and micronutrient deficiencies gradually disrupt cellular communication, immune function, and tissue homeostasis. The article introduces a detailed framework developed from Natural Immunotherapy (NIT) clinical observations by Save Medha Foundation, showing how detoxification, micronutrient restoration, and balanced protein utilization can reverse many cancer-related biochemical disturbances. It also distinguishes between toxin-dominant cancers and protein-dominant tumors, providing mechanistic models for both. Designed for Zenodo, Google Scholar, and academic indexing platforms, this paper presents a scientific justification for considering cancer as a disease of biochemical imbalance and signaling collapse, rather than a purely genetic malfunction. It proposes research pathways, biochemical markers, in-vitro studies, and clinical trial designs to validate this natural science hypothesis.
