In this keynote, I’ll explore how education, research, and industry can align to prepare the next generation of quantum professionals. Drawing on interviews with founders, researchers, and hiring leaders from across the global ecosystem, I’ll highlight the real roles emerging in quantum technology, the transferable skills that matter most, and how students can turn early interest into meaningful careers in one of the world’s most exciting frontiers.
