The concept of the “Digi-Teacher” is presented as an essential professional identity for modern educators who integrate digital literacy, online pedagogies, and adaptive tools into their practice. The study emphasizes the importance of teacher training, access to digital resources, and context-sensitive strategies to ensure quality learning outcomes in digitally mediated environments. Recommendations are offered for policymakers, institutions, and educators to foster sustainable ELT development in the digital age.
