Abstract: This work provides a rigorous mathematical and conceptual refutation of Carlo Rovelli’s claim that a “Theory of Everything” cannot exist.Using the Universal Ψ Equation as a closed, parameter-free variational principle, the paper demonstrates that Rovelli’s perspectival interpretation of physical laws is incompatible with any coherent Lagrangian field theory. Direct analysis is performed on the uploaded PDF Is Time’s Arrow Perspectival? (2015), where Rovelli asserts that time asymmetry, entropy, and universal ordering are merely observer-dependent phenomena. Each of these claims is shown to collapse when confronted with a functional equation whose coherent state, emergent time parameter, entropy structure, Lorentz symmetry, gauge invariance and Maxwell–Dirac sectors arise uniquely from the extremization of a single spinorial action. The Universal Ψ Equation thus provides an explicit constructive counterexample to Rovelli’s central thesis: a universal, generative, mathematically complete theory does exist, and classical physics (including electromagnetism, special relativity, and quantum field dynamics) appears as a low-coherence limit of this formulation. This work establishes, with full variational detail, that Rovelli’s “no theory of everything” position is mathematically untenable.
