Abstract: This technical report serves as the conceptual preface to the STRYD™ Cognitive System. It establishes the system’s authorship, origin and scientific motivation, contextualizing STRYD™ as an applied cognitive engineering model rather than a traditional productivity method. The document describes the cognitive challenges that inspired the system (fragmentation, overload, rework and unstructured reasoning) and explains how STRYD™ emerged as a structured response to modern cognitive demands. This preface registers the conceptual foundation of the system without revealing proprietary internal components and functions as the formal entry point to the STRYD™ Research Series.
